Time For God volunteers give a year
of their time for a variety of reasons but each is committed to service, mission and simple living. The majority of volunteers are international and come from a wide range of backgrounds denominationally, culturally and economically.Time For God volunteers form a network of volunteers contributing to the work of over 60 Christian organisations across the UK working in churches, community and social projects.

ARRANGED TO CONFIRM REQUIREMENTS
As you consider the opportunity of hosting a volunteer Time For God will work with you in thinking through the details. After you apply a member of staff will visit you at the placement to talk through your application in more detail and answer any questions you may have. We will also be sure to understand what qualities and interests you are looking for in a volunteer.

A VOLUNTEER TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS
We find a volunteer, usually aged between 18-30, through our network of international partners to fulfil a specific role in your placement. We ensure they are a good fit to meet your requirements, working 35-40 hours per week for 10-12 months, beginning in either January or September. Once TfG finds you a match we will help you prepare to welcome them into your community. We offer resources and training to help equip you to host a volunteer.
