Also, if you already work with volunteers in a 'gap year' context or are planning to receive them, why not consider linking them in to TFG's programmes as a 'private' volunteer? They will meet other young adults from all over the world going through similar situations; they'll be able to share ideas and build a larger support network; they'll receive training and support from a larger organisation, but will remain 'your' volunteer at all times.
